Join us in our modern, intimate tasting room and enjoy an eight-course menu developed by Chef Justin Carlisle and the Ardent chefs. Curated beverage pairings are also available.

The Tasting Room offers one dinner seating (6pm) on Fridays and Saturdays. Please allow 2-2.5 hours for the tasting room experience.

*Reservations may be refunded if cancelled at least 7 days in advance. You are also welcome to transfer your reservation to another guest.
